This week, we look into your rights if you live with your partner but you're not married. There are over three million couples in the UK who live together and moving in together can bring some financial challenges as well as the financial benefits of sharing costs. Sarah Pennells was joined by Jo Edwards who's head of family at law firm Forsters and Nigel Shepherd who's head of family law at Mills and Reeve and chair of the family lawyers' organisation Resolution.

It's National Sickie Day today and although some of us would call in sick in favour of a duvet day, for some, there may be a more serious reason for taking absence from work. Our reporter Anviksha Patel spoke to Dr Jill Miller, Research Adviser at the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development, who carried out some research to find out the real causes of unexplained sickie days. Jill began by explaining what her results revealed.

Employers should increase the number of older people in the workforce by one million over the next five years to plug a growing skills shortage prompting a new initiative to encourage people aged between 50 and 60 to remain in the workforce. But new research from National Savings & Investments shows that 38 million people haven't thought about making a will or drawing up a legal document so a family member can manage their finances if they become ill. Elderly & vulnerable people are particularly susceptible to scams which come through the postal system and criminals who contact them by telephone. To find out what can be done to protect them, Share Radio's Sara Macham was joined by Marilyn Baldwin OBE - founder of Think Jessica, a charity she set up in 2007.

The number of people falling victim to romance scams has reached a record high. In 2016 there were over 3 thousand victims of romance fraud; they lost a combined total of over £39 million. To find out more about this Georgie Frost spoke to Tony Neate is CEO of Get Safe Online.
