Geeta Sidhu-Robb tells the story of Nosh Detox
Nosh Detox is a company producing freshly made, non-pasteurised juice diets, detox and nutritional plans across Europe and the US. But it also has quite a unique backstory. Former lawyer Geeta Sidhu-Robb set up the business after retraining as a food technician and nutritionist to find a way of treating her ill son. Focusing on allergy free foods, nutrition, diet and organic produce she aimed to find an alternative to the drugs and steroids being suggested by his doctors. Geeta spoke to Share Radio's Melanie Wray to tell the story.

What does it take to start up your own business? Guts determination and lots of energy. In the business world, some of the stories are truly inspirational. And in Cheryl Spain's case, it's no different. Back in 2013 Cheryl was a single parent with one dream - to create and run her own fitness studios. No money; very little and now she runs Fitness Fusions in a large building in Clapham. She joined Georgie in the studio to tell her story.

According to new research, 'young businesses' run by those women under 35 are three times less likely to make a loss than those owned by over 55's.
