In March, rising food and fuel prices pushed UK consumer inflation to 2.3 percent. But, inflation for small businesses rose to 3.2 percent - the highest rate for 8 years. That's according to Barclays' Small Business Cost Index. Share Radio's Sara Macham spoke to Ian Rand, CEO of Barclays Business Banking, to find out more.

This week look at the lack of female entrepreneurs. The number has fallen for the third year in a row and according to Natwest, it's costing the UK economy £1 billion a year. But, plenty of women do start and run their own business. So what is going on? No money; very little and now she runs Fitness Fusions in a large building in Clapham. She joined Georgie in the studio to tell her story.
