It seems we are getting better as putting money away for a rainy day. Savings levels in Britain have risen over the last six months, according to new research from National Savings and Investments - also known as NS&I. The Autumn 2015 NS&I savings survey has found saving levels have increased over the 2015/16 financial year and that women continue to outpace men in the terms of savings.
