They are Southwold Books in Suffolk, The Rye Bookshop in East Sussex and Harpenden Books in Hertfordshire. What to expect from Trump's speech to Congress
Donald Trump is speaking to Congress tonight. Shares in American Construction-materials companies rose in anticipation that he might finally make good on promises about a massive infrastructure-spending programme in the US. Trump also says he'd boost defense spending by $54bn in his proposed budget plan for 2018, which is about a 9% increase. Car insurance premiums to rise by £75 a year after government ruling
Average car insurance premiums could increase by up to £75 a year as a result of a government ruling. It's because a new formula for calculating compensation payments for those who suffer long-term injuries has been announced by the Ministry of Justice. London Stock Exchange merger with Deutsche Boerse in danger over EU demand
The €29bn euro merger of the London Stock Exchange and Deutsche Boerse could collapse after the LSE said the deal was unlikely to be approved by the European Commission. The commission had ordered the LSE to sell its 60% stake in MTS, a fixed-income trading platform, which the stock exchange described as "disproportionate". A spokesperson for Theresa May said the merger was a "commercial matter." Share Radio's Nigel Cassidy was joined by Mike van Dulken, Head of Research of Accendo Markets.

Internet security firm Cloudflare has suffered a bug that saw hundreds of thousands of webpages leaking personal data such as passwords and personal messages. The leak leaves millions at risk of being hacked or having their private conversations, including chats on dating websites, leaked across the web. Boeing to open £20m factory in South Yorkshire
US firm Boeing has announced plans to open its first European commercial factory in South Yorkshire, creating at least 30 jobs. If approved, the £20m plant will be built next to an existing research centre founded in 2001 by Boeing and the University of Sheffield. The company said the factory, at Catcliffe in Rotherham, could also lead to new jobs in the supply industry.The plant will manufacture hi-tech aircraft components. Brain scans reveal what makes a TV advert most effective
Researchers at Rotterdam School of Management, have discovered what in a TV advert triggers people to find the product online. This group was shown the adverts of 11 different adverts, all created for the same brand of pain-relieving muscle and joint gel. Brain scans then revealed that an advert works best when it highlights both a product’s functional benefits and triggers the viewer’s imagination. James Brydges spoke to Linda Couwenberg, who led the research.

The British Chambers of Commerce reports confidence jump amongst exporters
The British Chambers of Commerce (BCC), in partnership with DHL, has published its latest Quarterly International Trade Outlook. It shows that confidence among exporters that their turnover will improve jumped in the fourth quarter of 2016, ahead of further moves towards Brexit. Joining Nigel Cassidy is Mike Spicer, Director of Research and Economics at the BCC to go through the report.
