Adam Cox is joined by former engineer and now life and leadership coach, Mario Giraldo, to talk about accessing higher levels of potential. Mario is based in Austria and works with executives and business leaders to enable them to access more from their potential. Adam talks to Haleema Nawid, a mental health advocate who experiences severe mental health issues to the point of suicidal thoughts and clinical depression. Heleema even found herself homeless and on the receiving end of ambivalence and prejudice as a result of her mental health issues. She now campaigns to educate and inform people about their options regarding mental health and where they can find their voice.

From click bait to fake news David highlights that they reward attention at all costs and don’t facilitate genuine engagement. They also explore what the future has in store for social media.
