The government was defeated when the case was first heard in the High Court last month. He says MPs were aware of how the outcome of the EU referendum would be handled when the European Referendum Act was debated in 2015. Share Radio's Ed Bowsher is joined by 5RB barrister Greg Callus to discuss these developments and the future of Britain within the EU.
