Share Radio Morning's Sarah Pennells was joined by Peter Catterall, Reader in the History Department of the University of Westminster to discuss the latest political headlines of the morning.

Solicitor Beverley Sunderland of Crossland Employment Solicitors on dress code discrimination

The question rose to prominence in 2015 when receptionist Nicola Thorpe was sent home by her employers and told to change the flat shoes she was wearing for a pair of high heels.
