According to a study made by Wood Mackenzie, commercial shipping companies could be facing a $60 billion dollars annual rise in fuel costs. That is because of new sulfur emission norms that will come into effect from 2020. It would then be referred to Culture Secretary Karen Bradley, who in turn would likely refer the process to Ofcom.
