Have you ever fantasised about leaving your job and starting your own business? Well that's exactly what one investment banker did after being made redundant in 2013. She didn't head back to the city but decided to do something completely different! Lavinia Davolio set up a sweet business--Lavolio Boutique Confectionery and has gone on to supply Fortnum and Mason, Ocado and Amazon and joined Georgie Frost in the studio.

According to one study about 35% of current jobs in the UK are at high risk of automation over the next 20 years. The Scottish government is to publish its proposals for Scotland's future relationship with the EU after Brexit, in a paper titled "Scotland's place in Europe". Theresa May has promised to listen to the governments of Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland before taking an agreed UK-wide negotiation position to Brussels for formal talks, due to begin by the end of March.
