To help contextualise the day's events, Simon was joined by Share Radio's senior analyst Ed Bowsher - they talked about why the pound has fallen as far as it will go, ahead of a much-anticipated Brexit speech from the Prime Minister tomorrow, the International Monetary Fund raising its forecast for the UK's economic growth this year, and looked at companies including why the value of emerging markets fund manager Ashmore's assets dropped $2.4bn at the end of last year.

And at this point every week we focus on long term investing and planning for the retirement you'd really like in Your Money, Your Future. Now, the introduction of pension freedoms in 2015 resulted in an increase in people wanting to transfer their final salary pensions. So they could take money out of them as and when they wanted to. But - can you move your final salary pension and, if so, should you? Or, can you cash it in altogether? We'll be hearing from Sarah Pennell's panel of experts - from Sir Steve Webb, recently knighted in the New Year's Honours. Steve is head of policy at pensions provider Royal London. Also in the studio is Michelle Cracknell, who's chief executive of the Pensions Advisory Service and on the phone I'm joined by Alistair McQueen who's from the pensions and insurance provider Aviva.
