Could new laws be on the cards for AI? Some have suggested the report from the European Parliament Committee of legal affairs ignores more important issues around job losses. One of those is Noel Sharkey, Professor of AI and Robots at the University of Sheffield, and also co-founder and co-director of the Foundation for Responsible Robotics.
