New research has found that businesses are losing out on billions of pounds every year by not creating products and services for disabled people. The report by the Extra Costs Commission claims that the oversight is costing businesses up to £420 million a week in lost sales. A new research by Direct Line for Business reveals that the cost of a two week disruption to a small business in the UK averages £8,775.
