As many as a quarter of people say they're not able to do their job properly because of money worries. That's according to a survey released today by the CIPD and Close Brothers Asset Management. That number rises to almost a third among 18-24 year olds. Joining Georgie Frost was Jeanette Makings, head of financial education at Close Brothers Asset Management.

Political upheaval, job worries and financial pressures are leaving young people anxious and daunted, according to The Prince's Trust. The charity found we're now seeing the lowest levels of confidence and happiness among 16 to 25 year olds in eight years of research. Money problems play a major role with over two fifths concerned goals like homeownership and a steady job are unrealistic. Georgie was joined by Paul Brown, from the Prince's Trust to discuss more.

If you totted it all up, how much do you reckon you spend at work - you have travel, lunches, coffees, but have you included colleagues. Apparently we spend more than £1000 a year at work. Nationwide found we're forking out for colleagues' birthdays, charity runs and Christmas presents and will spend up to 40,000 thousand pounds over their working life. To discuss the findings, Georgie was joined by Alan Oliver, head of external affairs at Nationwide.
