Over recent years, finance has been moving into the online world, most of us now bank online, we can get financial advice online, invest online and even sort out a mortgage online. So how is financial technology developing and what does the future of finance look like? To answer this Sarah is joined by Gemma Godfrey founder of Moola, Victor Trokoudes, CEO and co-founder of Plum and Chris Skinner, a writer, commentator and chairman of the Financial Services Club.

Caring for a family member can be a high toll on your life, both emotionally and financially and research recently conducted by the Carer's Trust show that over half of carers in the UK were missing out on the financial support they should be entitled to, negatively effecting their lives and the lives of those who they care for. To talk to Sarah about what you can do if your looking after someone, she is joined by Sarah Mitchell from the London-based Carers Network, Caroline Shola Arewa, a wellness coach and Steve Webb, from Royal London.

Are you hoping for a pay rise in 2017? New research has found 40% of us don't believe we’ll will get one. And, rather gloomy economic conditions combining with predictions British workers probably won't get a pay rise for 10 years. So how financially fit are you for the news year? To find out, Georgie was joined in the studio by Lisa Hardstaff credit expert from Equifax and Nick Hill, Money Expert from the Money Advice Service.

This week we discuss Phillip Hammond's Autumn Statement, where he announced changes to salary sacrifice schemes, new money for housing and the leaked ban on letting agent's fees. One in four UK businesses say their employees have cut their hours owing to the high cost of childcare. The report from the British Chambers of Commerce also showed that 10% of employers had had staff quit their jobs entirely for the same reason. Its report is calling on the Government to allow policy to revolve around working parents. Measures could include additional childcare subsidies, possibly by extending existing support to the working parents of one and two year olds. Georgie was joined on the line by Marcus Mason, Head of Business, Education and Skills at the British Chambers of Commerce.
