This week Sue Dougan is joined by the Group Chief Executive at Police Mutual, Stephen Mann. Stephen spent his early financial career with Aviva before joining Police Mutual nearly 9 years ago. He has a background in law, and an interest in law and order issues - he's trustee of the Police Memorial Arboretum Trust and a member of a key group with Her Majesty's Inspectorate of Constabulary.
Each week we're joined by an author to talk us through the ideas and background to their book. This time Sue Dougan was joined by entrepreneur Edwina Dunn to discuss her book "The Female Lead" which showcases 60 of the world's most accomplished women.
Nosh Detox is a company producing freshly made, non-pasteurised juice diets, detox and nutritional plans across Europe and the US. But it also has quite a unique backstory. Former lawyer Geeta Sidhu-Robb set up the business after retraining as a food technician and nutritionist to find a way of treating her ill son. Focusing on allergy free foods, nutrition, diet and organic produce she aimed to find an alternative to the drugs and steroids being suggested by his doctors. Geeta spoke to Share Radio's Melanie Wray to tell the story.

To get the inside story Sue Dougan was joined by Bianca Miller, Apprentice finalist and founder of The BE Group.
