This week in Crowdfunders we're moving into the world of Reality TV. One of the stars of the 'Made in Chelsea' reality show, Jamie Laing, is now crowdfunding for a business he founded. We're also going to look at a firm called Rebus that raised more than £800,000 from investors last year on Crowdcube. Rebus has now gone bust so we'll ask whether these kinds of failure are an inevitable part of equity crowdfunding. And we're also going to talk to another private investor about his adventures as a lender on one of the big peer to peer lending platforms.
Sarah Pennells is joined over the phone by Russ Mould of AJ Bell Investment Directors and Robert Lockie of Bloomsbury Wealth Management to discuss stock markets, how to get involved with investing if you're new to the markets, and where to go for advice, only on Share Radio.
Linda Lewis goes to meet the team behind Firef.ly who are creating a smart phone app for travelers, that aims to combine all best bits of trip planning, travel guides, journalling, sharing and personalised mementos.
