UK-based airlines may be forced to move to Europe after Brexit or lose major routes, that's according to EU officials. A report by the House of Lords EU Internal Market Committee found that the aviation industry could be badly affected if UK left the EU with no deal and reverted to World Trade Organisation rules. John Grant, Senior Analyst at the aviation data specialists, OAG, joined us to discuss.

This week the Northern Restaurant and Bar Show will be coming to Manchester providing the North's biggest hospitality show to industry professionals. According to latest stats the North of the country has lead the way for Britain's food and drink industry with cities such as Leeds, Newcastle and Nottingham topping the growth tables for independent restaurants. Overall growth has proved strong though with a widespread boom in the independent sector. To discuss some of the current trends Share Radio's Tom Hill spoke to organiser of the Northern Restaurant and Bar Show, Thom Hetherington.

London Taxi Company inaugurates £300 million new electric car plant in Coventry
Today, the London Taxi Company (LTC) announced the official opening of the UK's first car plant dedicated solely to the production of range-extended electric vehicles. This new, state-of-the-art, vehicle plant in Ansty, Coventry, is where the world's first purpose-built, mass-market electric taxi will be built. The investment and expansion of LTC has created more than 1,000 new jobs, including 200 engineers and 30 apprenticeships. So to tell us more, Nigel Cassidy was joined by Chris Gubbey, CEO of London Taxi Company.
