According to reports, digital strategy will be a main element of the Autumn Statement delivered by Philip Hammond. The Chancellor is expected to announce £400m for a new Digital Infrastructure Investment Fund with private investors asked to match the amount. But is this enough? US president-elect Donald Trump is promising to pull the US out of the international trade Trans-Pacific Partnership, known as TPP. This promise was released in a video just hours after Japan's prime minister, Shinzo Abe, warned that the TPP would be "meaningless" without US participation. Seijiro Takeshita, Professor of Management and Information at the University of Shizuoka, joined Share Radio Breakfast to give a take from Japan.

Nearly a third of online shoppers may be tempted to put themselves at risk of fraud during the frenzy to grab a Christmas bargain. Financial Fraud Action UK is urging consumers to be vigilant against fraudsters' tactics and pause before clicking the buy button, ahead of shopping bonanzas Black Friday and Cyber Monday when retailers offer an array of limited time offers and discounts. Olivia Demetriades spoke to Katy Worobec, Director at Financial Fraud Action UK and Tony Blake, Senior Fraud Prevention Officer at the Dedicated Card and Payment Crime Unit.

Business people aged between 18 and 35 are the most vulnerable to fraud attacks. Over one third of young business owners say they've been victims of invoice, mandate or CEO fraud, and that figure rises to over half for people aged under 25. It suggests fraudsters target inexperienced business owners with invoice-related scams. Jim Wadsworth, Managing Director of Accura, who did the research, spoke to James Brydges.

What caused Government borrowing to fall by more than expected in October?
Government borrowing fell by more than expected in October, to £4.8bn. According to the Office for National Statistics, it's due to a record amount of October tax income. The amount borrowed was £1.6bn, lower than for the same period last year. The figures come a day ahead of the Autumn Statement - a secondary Budget to the one in March. Simon spoke to Suren Thiru, Head of Economics at the British Chambers of Commerce to discuss the figures in more detail.
