This week Marc discusses what are different religious communities looking for in a new mayor? In recent weeks’ candidates such as the Tory's Zac Goldsmith and Labour's Sadiq Khan, and others, have all been grilled on what they will do for the capital. Their actions and policies can also feed into the rest of the country in terms of wealth and prosperity created. But religious communities also have a stake in the vote and have their own concerns that they have been raising during the campaign period. Marc is joined by Danny Webster from the Evangelical Alliance, Justin Cohen from the Jewish News and Fiyaz Mughal from Faith Matters to discuss the religious angle in the campaign.

This week Shop Floor, in association with the Inspirational Development Group, discusses the importance of a CV in the recruitment process with Darren Harlock, who runs a new recruitment company based on technology. The company, Covocate, ran experiment with CVs a few weeks ago and demonstrated that we may need to find an alternative to it. Nick Peters also speaks with Roger Gorman, a technologist and entrepreneur who is making significant waves in the HR technology sector with his ProFinda service- a revolution in resourcing.

Linda visited the founders of Flock- Emma Sexton and Megan Thomas. Flock is a curated collaborative network, where business is done entirely collaboratively, where giving and taking is equal, and where people don't need to compete. Flock is a business in its own right, running events, actively looking for franchise opportunities, with global ambitions.

Linda Lewis visits the people behind Cauli Rice an innovative range of low carb, low calory rice made from cauliflower which available in supermarkets. About a year ago Gem Misa was one of the finalists slightly nervously lined up to pitch their business idea to Richard Branson in the annual Virgin competition for start-ups and new businesses. An advertising campaign was part of their prize, Cauli Rice got a lot of media attention. And not long afterwards their innovative range of low carb, low calorie rice made from cauliflower was launched in supermarkets and online. Since then, co-founders Gem Misa and her husband Jamie have raised more investment, won more prizes and are already planning various new flavours and business extras, such as a subscription service for people watching their weight who want their low carbs delivered straight to the door in a regular order. With sales soaring, they've also opened an office in Battersea, South London.

This week Nick Peters focuses on rebranding, using Coca Cola as his prime example. He speaks to branding expert Adrian Day on how the adverts for the iconic fizzy drink have completely changed, especially as health campaigns emerged to fight obesity. Nick also analyses how online content has changed for brands and advertisers since the birth of the Internet with Max Tatton-Brown, from Augur. Nick also compares YouTube video campaigns as more powerful advertising tools than TV adverts with Joe Wade, Founder of Don’t Panic and BAFTA-winning filmmaker.
